The Epilepsy Foundation of Florida is bringing Studio E: The Epilepsy Art Therapy Program to Miami, offering people with epilepsy an opportunity to express themselves through art
An EF affiliate representative and/or art therapist who is coordinating the local 2012 program can speak with you about:
- ● The challenges of living with epilepsy
- ● The benefits of art therapy for people with epilepsy
- ● Studio E program details, including when the sessions will take place and upcoming artwork displays once the sessions are completed
The Epilepsy Foundation of Florida is one of 21 local Epilepsy Foundation affiliates participating in the nationwide program made possible through a partnership with Lundbeck, a pharmaceutical company committed to people with epilepsy.

Bicycle Helmet Promotion Program
As part of the Epilepsy Foundation of Florida’s efforts to provide resources to the community we are collaborating with various philanthropic and faith based groups and health organizations with a helmet distribution program. Head injuries are the leading cause of acquired epilepsy and the helmet distribution program is part of our state wide effort in education and prevention for the community. Please find a list below of event locations and dates where the EFOF Miami office will be providing free helmets fitted to each recipient along with safety tips and information regarding our organizations and the wide variety of services we provide.
