There will be a Golf Scramble on Saturday March 27, 2010 to raise funds for the Epilepsy Foundation of Florida in memory of Brian Edward O'Donnell. Brian was diagnosed with Epilepsy at age twenty-six. He was a young man in the prime of his life, a college graduate, a husband, a father, a man who loved the outdoors and loved life. Brian struggled with these seizures until he passed away on January 3, 2006 at the age of 31 from a Grand Mal seizure.
Last year we were able to collect $7,000.00 for the Epilepsy Foundation of Florida through the generous contributions and the support of the community.
The Epilepsy Foundation of Florida is a voluntary agency solely dedicated to the welfare of the more than 3 million people with epilepsy in the U.S. and their families. The organization works to ensure that people with seizures are able to participate in all life experiences, and to prevent, control, and cure epilepsy through research, education advocacy, and services. Through your support other families will not have to experience what the O'Donnells went through losing their son through this disease. Thank you for your support.
