We are pleased to announce an affiliation with Find A Cure Panel where people with epilepsy and seizure disorders – and their caregivers – can participate in quantitative online research designed specifically for them.  Find A Cure Panel is a market research panel designed to help people with severe disorders and conditions participate in online market research surveys.

Find A Cure Panel membership and participation is completely anonymous.  Your personal or contact information will not be shared with our clients, and you will be identified only by a 15 digit respondent ID number that looks like this: 40040-1234567890.

If you choose to participate, you will join a panel of people who are dealing with a epilepsy and seizure disorders, and together you will anonymously provide valuable feedback to a variety of companies and organizations doing online research.

Find A Cure Panel will make a minimum donation to Epilepsy Foundation of Florida of $25 per completed survey.  The actual donation amount will be identified on each survey invitation sent to you.

Find A Cure Panel is most helpful when we have active and eager participants who respond to surveys sent to them and participate whenever possible.  If you choose to participate, you will most likely not get more than a few surveys per month. It’s very important that Find A Cure Panel be able to successfully complete each survey designed by our clients.  It is essential to the success of our surveys that they be completed in their entirety.

Registration will only take 2 minutes to complete.  Again, your data is completely anonymous and will not be shared with anyone.  It is only used to correctly identify surveys for which you qualify, and link you with the Epilepsy Foundation of Florida so we can receive donations from them.
